Your new website comes with a 6 week warranty to iron out any bugs. Thereafter we offer further support in form of a website support package or a marketing/support combination package.
Why would your charity need a support package?
A support package can include any of our services which aid the longevity of your website and on-line presence. Common support services include:
- Training of staff
- Dealing emergencies relating to your websites security and data integrity
- Updating of your Content Managment System and its components
- Fixing of unforeseen bugs which may arrise
- Adding further functionality to your website
- Web consultancy: helping your business stay on top of the game
How much does a support package cost?
Our flexible Charity Support Packages provide a range of support at a discounted rate. The larger the value of the support package, the cheaper the rate per development hour.
20 hours @ £42.50 per hour = £850
40 hour Package @ £40 per hour = £1600
80 hour Package @ £37.50 per hour = £3000
You remain in control of your support requirements from the outset by agreeing the scope of your support needs. Then you receive quarterly reports on the work carried out. Top-up reminders are issued when the number of hours remaining in your package runs low.
Marketing/Support Combination Packages
We offer a number of regular marketing options which can be combined with our support services. Support work will be given priority each month then any remaining time will be allocated to optimising of your online marketing presence. Please see our Charity Online Marketing for available packages.

Pay as You Go
Maintenance work which is not covered by a pre-arranged support package, is chargeable at £50 per hour. We value the security (for ourselves and our clients) and find support packages to be more efficient than Pay as You Go, which is why they are available at a discounted rate.
