Our charity website support packages are detailed below.
Why would your charity need a support package?
Your new website comes with a 3 month warranty to iron out any bugs. As a website grows old gracefully it requires attention: maybe to install CMS updates and security patches, to add a new section, to keep code up-to-date, or maybe your new member of staff requires some email support. Support packages are a good way to ensure the longevity of your website and e-communications.
How much does a support package cost?
Our flexible Pay as you Go support packages provide a range of support at a discounted rate. The larger the value of the support package, the cheaper the rate per development hour.
20 hours @ £35 per hour = £700
40 hour Package @ £32.50 per hour = £1300
80 hour Package @ £30 per hour = £2400
We also offer a range of online marketing packages which can be used in conjunction with your site maintenance work. These are based on a regular quarterly payment. Maintenance work will be given priority each quarter then any remaining time will be allocated to optimising your online marketing presence. What is our discounted charity rate?
Our discounted rate for charities and social enterprises, which is not covered by a support or online marketing package, is chargeable at £40 per hour.

In a past life Sonia and Zoe have both worked for a range of charities... We understand how difficult it is finding the funds to maintain the core running costs of a charity and would like to support you where we can.
