Why feed-back your thoughts?

SensoryStore encourages its clients and stakeholders to supply honest feed-back, to assist us with improving our services, to meet your needs.

Such information SensoryStore considers to be invaluable, so please take time to email us your thoughts.

How?

If you would like to send SensoryStore your comments, complaints and suggestions, please use the 'contact us' form provided.

Formal complaints

If you are making a formal complaint please ensure you make this obvious in the 'Subject' box of the feed-back form.

SensoryStore will do its best to send you a full written response within 15 working days. If we are unable to give you a full answer in this timescale, we will write to you within 15 working days, detailing a more appropriate timescale.

Structured feed-back

SensoryStore also gathers structured feed-back, from clients/stakeholders:

  • On completion of a piece of work; and /or
  • Once every 3 years for ongoing services.

How will SensoryStore use your feed-back?

SensoryStore will collate comments from all feed-back and present it in a three yearly statement to its stakeholders. Stakeholders include:

  • Clients;
  • Partners; and
  • Freelance collaborators.

Some quotes from comments and statistics will be used to publicise the work of SensoryStore.
